Individual Task 3

1. Moral Integrity is an action or a set of rules which is taken by in a situation when you decide whether you think it is the right or wrong decision.

2. Maximillion Kolbe is regarded as Chrsitian Exemplary of moral integrity because he sawpped his life with another man that had a long and healthy life top live ahead of him.

3. In Auschwitz, Maximillion demonstrated ethical actions by dying for antoher man. He wa brave and courageous.

4. I think that in the end that Maximillian Koble made the right decisions by sacrafising his life for another man who he knew still had a life to live. His actions reflects what is said in the bible. In Matthew 27: 32-46 where Jesus dies on the cross for the sake of forgiving our sins, Maximillian Koble died or gave up in life like Jesus but unlike Jesus giving up his life for many people, Maximillian Koble gave up his life for only one person but in dying did a good deed showing moral integrity.

In today’s lesson, we had our first look at our corrosion experiment. For some of the reults, i was expecting. The nail by it self, obviously didn’t rust. The iron nail in water, rusted the most. Not just the nail but rusted, but you can see it in the water it self. The iron nail in nail, just rusted on the nail. With the iron nail in silica gel did not rust.

4) The reason why the Australian Government banned it because people take advantage of it. Also cyber bullying occurs frequently over the internet.

The priviliges i would lose is chatting with friends over the internet, getting music, movies, and would not be able to get information that i need.

Editor

In the newspaper, the person that edits the work is the editor. His job is to check for any grammar or punctuation mistakes and corret them.

Reporter.

The reportet’s job is to research and find out any information for an article. They look for for information from any source they can get their hands on.

Journalist

Journalist, like the reporter present the information. What they present can be anything from current affairs, to international affairs and heart warming segments.

Designer

The designer’s job is to collect, organise the information, and layout the newspaper properly.

My research, i am starting now. Its going alright. The research i have to do is Land Relief. Since its a lot of research, Gian is helping me with it.

All that i know about Imovie is that its a programme similar to Windows Movie Maker, but for the Macs. I have considered to use web page or web 2.0 presentation.

In this project, some multimedia ideas we can use are, film, maps, words , powerpoint, report,

We will be using maps, as well as powerpoints. Near the end of the project, we wil narrate our final piece of work.

This lesson i will be continue with my research and do my journals. 

Journal Entry 3

This lesson we did 2 experiments. They were combustion and decompoistion.

The combustion experiment involved burning magnesium. You can not look straight at the light becoause it can damge your eye sight. The decompoistion experiment involved using limewater abd nickel carbonate. Gas was given off and turned the limewater into a milky colour.

I enjoyed this experiment since i got to burn things !!

 The lesson before we did the corrosion and precipitation  experiment. I enjoyed the two experiments, but i wanted the ewxperiment to be more enjoyable. 

For the corroision experiment, we have to wait for the results.

Combustion is when a substance is being burnt in oxygen. In the equation, oxygen is always the reactant.

Decomposition reactions is when one substance breaks down to 2 new substances.

1. I think this project will be easier then the first and be more enjoyable, since we will be doing practicals. And most of da work will be one at school.

2. My feeling on this project is that i will enjoy it much more than the last project. On the last project, we did not do any practicals but this project their will be around 10 practicals to do. Presenting will be easier because we have had practice too.

3. In today’s class, the class was split into two. The first half would do the practical and the other journals. I did the practical. The two experiments were corrosion and precipitation. We also started on our practical reports for both of the experiments.
